Although the Hohenschwangau area is often foggy, it is always beautiful!
This is the view of Hohenschwangau from the climb up to it's castle namesake. What a view.
The town looks so quaint from the castle. I wouldn't mind spending a lot more time in the little village. I bet it is a treat to visit here during Christmas time.
This was the scenery leaving the airport in Munich in our rental car. At first I was kind of disappointed, it looked just like Wisconsin!
Sombering photo of Dachau Concentration Camp. Although not fun, it is a very educational experience and a must for Bavarian visitors.
The Memorial at Dachau is very sombering and moving. It is important to remember what happened here, and teach younger generations so that events like what happened here, never happen again.
